To ensure the highest print quality, please adhere to the following specifications. Designs that do not meet these guidelines may be delayed, require adjustment, or result in suboptimal output.
1. File Format
PNG is required. It supports transparency and is ideal for our printing process.
2. Technical Specifications
Resolution: 300 DPI (minimum)
Dimensions: 5400 × 6600 px (max)
File Size: Must not exceed 200 MB
3. Print Area & Backgrounds
Maximum Print Area:
Max print area – 17″ × 21.6″ (45 × 55 cm)
Designs exceeding the maximum print area will be automatically cropped or scaled to fit.
Backgrounds: Files must have a transparent background unless a solid color is an intentional part of your design. Opaque white backgrounds will be printed as seen.
4. Copyright & Permissions
By submitting your artwork, you affirm that you hold all necessary rights to the design and that its reproduction does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your artwork.
We do not print white ink on white garments.
Light ink elements on bright-colored garments may appear tinted due to the curing process and product dye. This is most evident in Red, Maroon, and other similarly-colored garments.
Graphics with hard lines or symmetrical shapes may have slight variations due to the manual printing processes, and a minimal shrinkage per print location is possible due to different material compositions.
Any minor discoloration of the product or stains around the printed image will disappear after the first wash.
Some smaller youth/women products can have their inside labels positioned a bit lower than typical due to a printing process limitation.
Human involvement in the printing process can lead to minor variations in the exact placement of prints on garments and products.
