DESCRIPTION

Low-temp adhesive embroidered patch suits polyester, nylon and spandex fabrics. Crafted with fine flat embroidery and neat lockstitch edges, colors stay vivid and wear-resistant. Easy heat press application creates firm wash-proof adhesion. Great for custom decorating garments, bags and hats, available for personalized bulk customization.

SPECIFICATIONS

• Type: Embroidery
• Applicable Fabrics: Cotton, cotton‑poly blend, denim, canvas, linen, fleece, twill, wool.
❌ Not Suitable for Iron‑On
Leather/faux‑leather, silk, satin, waterproof coated fabric, nylon, sheer mesh, high‑stretch spandex.

Tips:
For non‑compatible fabrics, sew the patch on instead. Always test heat on a hidden spot first.

Suggested Temp & Time
• Back Press Recommended: 120°C (248°F), 0.4MPa (58.02 PSI), 30 seconds
• Medium Pressure
• Full adhesion achieved after complete cooling

Pressing time and temperature are for reference only. Different fabrics will affect the pressing effect. Please test before use.

ARTWORK & FILE REQUIREMENTS

• All file types accepted. Vector files (e.g., .AI, .EPS, .SVG) are preferred.
• Raster artwork (e.g., .JPG, .PNG) should be at least 300 DPI for optimal print quality.
