STEP-BY-STEP APPLICATION GUIDE

1. Pre-press the garment to remove moisture and wrinkles.
2. Press the transfer at 284–302°F (140–150°C) for 8–10 seconds.
3. Cool completely – allow the film to reach room temperature (cold peel).
4. Peel the clear carrier sheet slowly.
5. Remove white burrs (residual ink fibers) with a lint roller.
6. Second press (recommended): cover with Teflon or parchment paper, press at 284°F (140°C) for 10 seconds for improved softness and adhesion.

 Tip: Always test on scrap fabric first.

ARTWORK & FILE GUIDELINES

• Format: PNG with transparent background (non‑transparent areas print as supplied).
• Resolution: 300 DPI minimum.
• File size: up to 150 MB.
• No mirroring – our system flips artwork automatically.
• The width is fixed at 22" – we do not resize your entire gang sheet to fit. Design within this width; length is flexible.
• Single‑image transfers (non‑gang): we scale proportionally to the selected transfer size; longest side determines fit. For custom sizing, contact us.
• Avoid: gradients, photos, ultra‑fine lines, or copyrighted content (Disney, luxury brands, etc.). Non‑compliant orders will not be printed.
• We do not modify artwork – all files must be print‑ready upon upload.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

For best results and long-lasting prints, follow these simple care guidelines:

1. Machine wash cold — use water temperature at or below 86°F (30°C).
2. Turn the garment inside out before washing to protect the print surface.
3. Do not use bleach or oxygen-based bleach products such as OxiClean.
4. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to preserve print integrity.
5. Iron on the reverse side only — do not iron directly over the printed design.
